Voxitas provides unique SIP Trunking call redirect based on Call Center Capacity

Primary Call Center Call Queue is Full - Call is answered and returned. Center switch informs Voxitas and pass call re-route information to Voxitas - similar to a blind transfer. Network based call redirect saves IP-PBX resources, call paths and licences.

Call not Answered due to Contact Center at Capacity - Center provides delivery logic for rejected call for dynamic call redirection to Center B. The Contact Center switch manages the logic so provisioning changes after initial setup can be instantaneous. Call redirection is made on a call by call basis. truecomposure2
Restored Condition - Primary center can again take calls. Voxitas delivers calls to the primary center until contact center switch chooses to redirect calls.
